We’re recently back from Montana.
My wife and I love Bozeman and have shortlisted it for future consideration. If either one—or both!—of our kids goes to school there, we won’t have any objections.
Glacier National Park is beautiful, but Yellowstone is magisterial. In fact, if you want to experience a Kingdom within a kingdom, spend your time in Lamar Valley, expansive views, open prairies, herds of bison, countless antelopes, the promise of wolves and grizzlies, and a gorgeous river that feeds it all.
Although I didn’t do a lot of photography, here are a few pictures from our trip.
I’ve added captions for color commentary.
Long live Lamar Valley!
