Last month, I had the pleasure of providing headshot photography for Stryker at their corporate event in Los Gatos. Over the course of four hours, I photographed more than thirty professionals. Each session was fast but thoughtful, balancing efficiency with individuality.
Headshot photography at events like this is always a challenge. The clock is ticking, people are moving, and yet every portrait needs to feel authentic. I focused on variety—different poses, expressions, and capturing real smiles—so that each subject left with a headshot that captured their personality.
High volume doesn’t have to mean cookie-cutter. Even in a busy event setting, professional portraits can be dynamic, polished, and personal. It’s a reminder that relational photography can make an impact, even in a fast-paced environment.
If you’re looking for event headshot photography that combines speed, quality, and personality, this is exactly the approach I bring to every corporate session.
