Grace and Grit

Lately, I’m thinking less in terms of an image, of this or that picture, and instead visualizing a series of pictures, a kind of photo essay, whenever I take my camera out of my bag. The form introduces a new set of challenges. You have to see a scene, always dynamic, rapidly changing over time. It’s like cinema without the illusion of motion.
